If you are having problems with this web page (takes to long, or buttons on the left do not show at all) you have 2 options (1) The fastest way is to click the OPTIONAL PANEL link located at the bottom of the left frame. (2) Turn Java Off. To Turn it off, find the preferences section of your browser, (under the edit or options menu, or by clicking on the Preferences Folder) locate the JAVA enabled check box and un-check it. After clicking OK, you will have to re-fresh/re-load your browser. If your browser does not support JAVA, an alternate series of pages will automatically load.

Based on recent statistics we have designed the Guide to work with Netscape Navigator 3+ and Internet Explorer 4 with JAVA enabled (turned on). If you are experiencing slow or non-loading, it is because your modem is slower than 28.8 bps and/or your computer's processor speed is slower than 100 megahertz. The Java control panel would eventually load, but you may not have that much time. Disabling JAVA is your best bet.
